After contacting your trainer, you’ll agree on a time and date. Then you can book the session directly through the website and add it to your cart for payment.

❓ Can I choose between online and in-person sessions?

Yes! Our trainers offer both online and in-person options. This information will be shown on their profiles.

❓ How do payments work?

Payments are made securely through stripe. Once you book and pay for a session, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

❓ Are trainers qualified?

Yes — all trainers listed on PT-CONNECT have uploaded their qualifications and certifications. You can view their experience and credentials in their portfolio sections.

❓ What happens if I need to cancel a session?

Each trainer has their own cancellation policy, which you can view on their profile. If you need help with cancellations, please contact our support team.
